Tito Ortiz has fought both Lyoto Machida and Randy Couture, so he definitely has some good insights in thier fight, which takes place tonight at UFC 129.  In this HDNet video, Tito breaks down that fight, as well as others.  Check it out.

Jose Aldo, the first ever UFC featherweight champion, defends his title tonight against hard hitting Mark Hominick.  At this point, Aldo appears to be head and shoulders above the rest of the division, and he's the heavy favorite tonight.  We showed you his Up Close and Personal Part 1 video and now have Parts 2 and 3 to further pump you up for tonight's title tilt.  Enjoy!

Jon "Bones" Jones has heard the whispers that his hand injury is really just a way to duck fighting Rashad Evans.  Some fans have taken the opportunity to say that Jones is afraid of Evans and that the "injury" proves Rashad got the better of it in when both men were at Greg Jackson's training together.

Jones likes to keep abreast of all the MMA buzz, and he also likes to voice his opinion on his Twitter account.  Here's how he responded to the ducking Rashad allegations:

For the few that are accusing me of dodging a fight, remember God has not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind.

Jones also commented on the GSP vs. Shields fight, and for him it's a no-brainer:

I'd bet my house on GSP.

And now, since we don't have the real Jones vs. Rashad fight to watch, here is a silly animated version.

Jose Aldo is the first and only, and currently reigning UFC Featherweight champion.  His belt will be on the line this Saturday at UFC 129 against Mark Hominick.  This fight is going to be a slugfest, and could very well be Fight of the Night.  Here is a in depth look at Jose from the UFC's YouTube channel.

Jake Shields is ready for battle.  He says that his upcoming fight with Georges St. Pierre at UFC 129 is going to be an "all out war" and that he's going to come out on top.  Shields believes his wrestling is equal to GSP's but his subs are better and he intends to end the fight by submission. In our poll in the right sidebar, about 11 percent of respondants agree with Jake on the outcome.  What do you think?

Very cool interview with Eddie "The Twister" Bravo on Mike Straka's Fighting Words.  Eddie talks about gi vs. no-gi jiu-jitsu and how it relates to MMA, among many other topics.  And the ending is priceless, as the show is capped with a cameo appearance by Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt Rentao Laranjo.  Rentao is a show-stealer so check it out.

After that, I have my own interview with Eddie for your viewing pleasure.  In that one he talks about the Twister and some of the colorful names he came up with for his moves.

Gegard Mousasi says it's none of his business, but he'd prefer to see Fedor stay at heavyweight rather than move down as has been speculated.  In an interview with Ariel Helwani, Mousasi said:

He's known for being the king of heavyweights, so it doesn't make sense to go to light heavweight.  He's always known as the best heavyweight....for me I'd rather see him as a heavyweight.

Gegard also talked about Fedor's evolution as a fighter, saying that Fedor was perhaps too loyal to his trainers, which kept him from developing:

He's training more on his standup...and jiu-jitsu. I think he's a loyal guy, a good heart, and he's always loyal to his trainers. And I think that kept him from developing to a better fighter. In his time he was the best, but now I think the fighters now have developed better. And now he's more open to training at other  places and I think that is going to do him well. He's always a top ten fighter and he always can [beat] anybody.

Mousasi takes on Keith Jardine tomorrow night in a fight that probably won't go to the ground.  Gegard is on a two fight win streak after his loss to King Mo Lawal and says that he has improved both his wrestling and his stand up against wrestling.  Here's the complete video interview.
