Saw my good friend Jon Jones at UFC 111 and he took time out for this video interview.  We discuss technique and his future. Enjoy.

We were fortunate enough to catch-up with rising Korean Top Team star Chan Sung Jung to ask him a few questions about his MMA fight career, the Sengoku featherweight tournament, and his thoughts on signing with the WEC.

Chan Sung Jung also reveals how he earned the colorful epithet "The Korean Zombie", and what the fans should expect in his first stateside fight versus scrapper Cub Swanson at WEC 48 on April 24th.

We've compiled a collection of some of Chan Sung Jung's fights here if you care to watch them.

The bar for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the sport of mixed martial arts has just been raised.

Braulio Estima, the man who recently tapped out heralded grapplers such as Andre Galvao, Xande Ribeiro, and Marcelo Garcia, will make his MMA debut in the Shine Fight Promotion's May 15th "Worlds Collide: Mayorga vs. Thomas" event.

We had an opportunity to connect with Braulio and ask him some questions about his grappling history, his first MMA opponent, what weight-class he'll be targeting, and how he is preparing for the leap into full-contact fighting.

I was able to catch up with Cyrille "The Snake" Diabate to ask him a few questions about his upcoming octagon debut on May 29th's UFC 114 event versus Luis "Banha" Cane.

For ayone unfamiliar with Cyrille, he always puts on a great show and is a pleasure to watch.  I enjoy seeing tall fighters take advantage of their extra reach with crisp and polished striking, and Diabate has a pterodactyle-like wingspan at 6'6", and puts those extra inches to good use.  Unless someone can point out a taller fighter of relevance at 205 pounds, Cyrille very well  may be the tallest light-heavyweight around.

Although it's still far ahead on the horizon, UFC 114 on May 29th is taking shape quite nicely.  Also expected for the show is the highly anticipated pairing of Rampage vs. Rashad as the headliner, with Forrest vs. Lil' Nog, Diego Sanchez vs. John Hathaway, the return of Todd Duffee, and Diabate-Cane rounding out the card.

I've also embedded a highlight reel of Cyrille Diabate at the end of the article.  Thanks to Ken Pavia and Julian Gregorio of for their help with the interview.

Kurt "Batman" Pellegrino is excited about fighting in his backyard at UFC 111 on March 27 in Newark, NJ.  He is taking on  Fabrico Camoes and has been training with boxing legend Miguel Cotto.  He talks about all of these things in this exclusive interview.

Jim Miller is a rising star in the UFC and he's fighting on March 27 against Mark Bocek at UFC 111 in Newark, NJ.  In this exclusive interview, Jim talks about his brother Dan's broken thumb in the Demian Maia fight and about fighting Bocek.  He also gives his predictions on some upcoming fights.

The WEC's Miguel Torres is looking for a rematch with Brian Bowles, but first he has to win on March 6th.  In this exclusive interview, Miguel talks about the KO loss to Bowles, his training with Kurt Pellegrino, the Urijah Faber match against Jose Aldo in April and much more.

Pete "Drago" Sell was down in AC at Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat show a couple of weeks ago and I talked to him about Matt Serra's big win over Frank Trigg and about his thoughts on some upcoming fights, including UFC 111.  Always a good time when Pete's in the house.

This is old school goodness right here.  A UFC promo clip from 2002, one of Zuffa's earliest promos.  Lots of famous faces in this video.
