King Mo caused quite a stir when he was seen inhaling oxygen at his Strikeforce fight with Feijao.  Our own Kalin Johnston interviewed King Mo a few days after the bout and asked him about the can, at a time when people weren't sure exactly what was in the can.  But now we know that it was 95 percent pure oxygen.

The product is known as Oxygen4Energy and is sold to athletes to help their cardio, but apparently it's good for such things as hangovers as well.  I am going to test it out and give my thoughts here in the future, but I can't see how this is a bad thing, especially given my cardio situation, which is not what I would call world class.

Wondering what everyone thinks about allowing oxygen in between rounds at fights.  I think it should be allowed in MMA and boxing.  What say you?

Give us your thoughts.

I think oxygen should be allowed in the ring. Having oxygen in both corners would keep the fighters fresher for longer periods of time and make fights more exciting. As long as both sides have access to it, neither would have an advantage. It's just like water. If only one fighter has it, they would have the advantage. If both fighters have it, the playing field is level.

Placebo effect. Won't do anything for the fighters.

I'm all for it. As Craig said, would be a good advantage for both fighters.

Imagine if someone's Oxygen tank gets switched with a Helium tank! LOL
