Ricardo Almeida was at Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat show in Atlantic City last Friday. In this interview he talks about fighting in NJ, cutting to 170 and about his opponent Matt Brown.
Note: The audio on the video makes it sound like I said Mike Brown instead of Matt Brown. The audio man has been fired and is now living in a large cardboard box on the streets of Manhattan.
