You can add Randy "Rude Boy" Brown to the long list of New York fighters that have excelled in the sport of MMA. I've had the pleasure of ring announcing Brown several times, in MMA and kickboxing and I've commented some of his pro bouts at Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat. From the first time I saw Brown fight, I knew he was something special. He is undefeated as a pro, with all his professional bouts taking place at the ROC.

In his last fight, against the very tough Robbie Plotkin, Brown finished the fight in the first round. And his timing could not have been better.  UFC president Dana White was in attendance, scouting for new talent. Shortly after that, Brown got the call and will be making his UFC debut in New Jersey on the undercard of the Johnson vs. Bader card on January 30, 2016.

I'm sure Randy Brown will have as much success in the UFC as he's had at the Ring of Combat. I look forward to seeing him perform in the biggest MMA promotion in the world. Congrats, Randy "Rude Boy" Brown!
