One Question for Shane Carwin

Still lots of talk about the Brock Lesnar vs. Shane Carwin fight.  Some folks believe that Brock was "exposed" by Shane, while others feel, like I do, that Brock proved himself against the hard punching Carwin.

Apparently Shane Carwin feels that way too, as this one question Q&A reveals.

Garv: Shane, how hard do you think you hit Brock compared to other guys you've hit?

Carwin: I feel like he took shots that were hard enough to finish any of my other opponents. Brock is a real tough fighter and a true Champion. He did what Champions do he found a way to win and did so through adversity. My hat is off to him and his camp.

There you have it.  Brock Lesnar took some big shots in the first round against a monster puncher and still managed to smile across the Octagon at Shane before round two.  Brock proved himself to be the real deal, and Shane Carwin showed that he's still a huge threat in the UFC HW picture.

Carwin, an engineer by trade, is always looking for ways to build a better fighting machine and I have no doubt that he'll be back stronger when he returns to the Octagon.
