Noons vs. Evangelista Cancelled for Strikeforce: Miami

KJ Noons will officially be placed on standby for the January 30th "Strikeforce: Miami" fight card. His intended opponent, Billy Evangelista, has suffered an injury in training and extracted himself from the bout yesterday according to MMAFighting.

Noons is still in the running for a replacement, but will bypass the Miami event in January for a spot on a Strkeforce card in March or April should no new opponent be quickly found and agreed upon.
