Chris Weidman beat highly ranked Demian Maia on just 10 days notice to vault himself up the UFC rankings.  In this exclusive video interview, I asked Chris about the fight, and what he'd do against Anderson Silva, the UFC MW champion. Chris did not hesitate before saying that he'd "finish" the legendary Brazilian fighter.  He also talks about his new found Fox fame, and the brutal weight cut for Maia.

Chuck Liddell no longer fights in the UFC, but that doesn't stop him from throwing down in the cage.  In an episode of Hawaii Five-O, Liddell is back in MMA action.  Funny thing about this video, at one point Chuck's opponent does what very few have ever done: He takes the Iceman down.  When Chuck's long list of KO victims watch this video, they will probably kick themselves for not bringing a choreographer with them to the fight.  Check it out.

New YouTube video compilation showing some of the bloodiest fights in MMA history, for people who are into that sort of thing.  One fight that probably should have been included was the Severn vs. Taktarov match, but I won't quibble with the videographer who put this together.  Some brutal action here, so grab a bloody mary, and maybe a tampon, and enjoy.  Warning: Not for the squeamish.

Alistair Overeem may be one the best heavyweight fighters in the world, but he's no champion of one handed bra-opening.  In this bizarre video clip, Overeem seems to be given a time trial for opening bras while holding a glass of beer.  Not sure what the world record is, but if you recall the Happy Days TV show, Arthur Fonzerelli has Alistair beat hands down...the back of women.

Check out this crazy clip.

Randy Couture just had a Joe Namath moment when he went up to Natasha Wicks, the former UFC ring card girl, and started nuzzling her neck.  She turned around and said:  I thought you were Kyle, whoever that is.  I think it was her mispronouncing Garv.

After the jump, check out some great pics of Ms. Wicks.

These Hitler Reacts videos are usually pretty funny, and this one ain't half bad.  Hitler was obviously a big Nick Diaz and is upset over the decision.

Some of you old school UFC fans remember DojoTV.   They provided great coverage back in the day, during MMA's dark period.  UFC 28 was the first officially sanctioned UFC event, and it took place in in Atlantic City, New Jersey way back in November, 2000.  This is a historic event, and DojoTV was there.

Now DojoTV is back, and it's been a long time coming.  You can check out their new website at Dojo.tv.  They have a huge archive of great footage, and they have big plans for the future.

Check out this video clip of some rare behind the scenes footage of UFC 28, featuring Matt Hughes, Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddell, Big John McCarthy, Pat Miletich, John Lewis, Jens Pulver, Kevin Randleman and Randy Couture.  This is good stuff!

First, there was the martial arts movie classic Bloodsport, which featured a "monkey fighter" who would bounce around the ring using both his hands and feet on the mat.  Then Jon "Bones" Jones did a variation on that move where he tried to set up a single leg takedown against Rampage Jackson in their title fight.  Jones didn't get his takedown, but neither did he get cracked in this face for his efforts, unlike the poor guy in this video.

Under Pride rules, you would not see monkey style tactics used, because of the dangers of getting kicked in the head.  But under the unified rules, you cannot kick the head of a downed opponent (i.e. where the fighter has a hand or knee on the ground).  So when this guy got cracked, his opponent was DQ'd.  On the one hand, it's always nice to get a win, but on the other hand, this is not the way to do it.

Above is the video of the DQ.  After the jump you can check out the Bloodsport original, as well as Jones doing it against Rampage.

Here's some great behind the scenes footage of the UFC on Fox 2 show.  This is actually more compelling viewing than the actual fights.  Enjoy!
