The lastest music video craze is I'm Sexy and I Know It by LMFAO.  It's basically three and a half minutes of some guy juggling his junk for the camera.  It's extremely annoying but does feature a cameo by UFC contender Alistair Overeem.  If you find you can't sit through 90 seconds of this video to get to the Overeem part, jump to 1:30.

Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s father still has it.  He was in the ring with some douchebag boxer and the douchebag tried to suckerpunch old Floyd.  But the former boxer still has his skills, despite being 61 years old, and he proceeded to put a beating on the punk kid, who fled the ring.  Then the douchebag tried another sucker punch when Floyd's back was turned and things turned out bad for him, and rightly so.

The best part of this video is watching the 61 year Floyd, who was a defensive master when he boxed professionally, use the shoulder roll that his son employs to set up the straight right hand and left hook.  Twas a thing of beauty!

Brock Lesnar says he's 100 percent healthy now after recovering from his diverticulitis surgery and he's putting the UFC HW division on notice that he's hungry, healthy and "the baddest dude on the planet." Brock takes on Alistair Overeem next month in a very important fight as the winner will getting a title shot against the winner of Cain Velasquez vs. Junior Dos Santos. In the video Brock also talks about his wrestling days and whether we'll ever see another F5 from the former WWE champion. Check it out.

Former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten is one of MMA's most knowledgable people.  In this video he breaks down the two big heavyweight fights coming, Cain Velasquez vs. Junior Dos Santos and Alistair Overeem vs. Brock Lesnar.

The UFC's slogan "As Real As It Gets" took a turn for the awkward several months ago at the live UFC on Fox intro that was hosted by Joe Rogan.  This video is a lock for the cringe-worthy Hall of Fame.  It had everything: Joe Rogan nervously stumbling his way through the intro, Chuck Liddell's mean thousand yard stare, the Fox Sports chairman barely bothering to look up from his Blackberry,  the cheesy mystery music that played during Rashad Evan's intro, the mixing up of Frankie Edgar's and Georges St. Pierre's intro and Rogan's open-mouthed reaction to it.

There is more awkwardness packed into this two minute video than one can possibly imagine.  It is a classic in the genre, and you'll find yourself watching it again and again.  Enjoy!

Some fans are truly dedicated.  But this GSP fan goes a bit overboard when he asks GSP to punch him in the face...for the memories.  The problem for the guy is that if Georges did honor his request, chances are he would not remember anything...even after he wakes up from his coma.

For his part, GSP got a laugh out of the request, and said he'd do it if he knew he wouldn't get sued.  Here's the video of the hijinks.

Anthony "Rumble" Johnson has been fighting at 170 pounds, and is one of the biggest guys in the welterweight division.  Recently, however, the UFC offered him a fight with Vitor Belfort at 185 pounds and Johnson jumped on it.  He'll move up a weight class and, depending on how well he performs against Belfort, might just stay there and make a run at Anderson Silva's title.  In this video, Rumble talks about moving up in weight to fight Vitor at UFC 142 in  Brazil.

UFC president Dana White has released his latest vlog, and this one is chock full of behind the scenes footage of UFC 137 and 138.  You will see fighters backstage after their fights, both the winners and the losers, and there are some poignant moments, such as the embrace between BJ Penn and Nick Diaz.  Good stuff, check it out.

Rich Franklin continues to rehab his injured shoulder and is looking to return to the Octagon next year.  In this video, he gernously  interrupts his reading of Good Housekeeping magazine to share his rehab exercises with the world.  Afterwards Rich continues his quest to ride 22 miles on a bike in one hour.  He's done 11 miles in 30 minutes, but that 22 mile mark has proven to be, like Lyoto Machida, very elusive.  Will he do it?  Find out in this video.
