The Garv has confirmed with Dan Miller's manager, Mike Constantino, that Miller will be forced to pull out of his scheduled bout with C.B. Dollaway at Ultimate Fight Night 19 on September 16th. Dollaway's new rumored opponent is talented striker Jay Silva, who carries an undefeated record (5-0) into his UFC debut, finishing 4 opponents by strikes and 1 by submission.  Silva hails from Brazil and trains with Rampage and Cheick Kongo, and will outmatch Dollaway on the feet to compensate for Dollaway's strong wrestling advantage.  Here are some videos to familiarize yourself with this exciting newcomer.  The first video is a bio on Silva courtesy of MMAFanhouse, and the second is Silva's fight versus Reggie Orr.
